What is Restore your Core?
Restore Your Core (RYC™) is a whole body method to retrain your core and pelvic floor muscles to be functional, reflexive, responsive and supportive to your body. Restore Your Core helps you to move better, exercise better, uncover movement compensation patterns and create new patterns of strength, mobility, length and support. It incorporates moves from yoga and pilates, but with a focus on biomechanics and alignment.
In Restore Your Core® you will learn:

Restore Your Core®️ 8 Week Foundations Series
$160 / 8 weeks
In this 8 week series I will take you through the fundamentals of the Restore Your Core® program in supportive group setting. We will cover breathing, alignment, pressure management, and uncover movement patterns so that we can move better to feel better. The class uses yoga, pilates, corrective exercises, and more to bring you into your body and help you find mindful movement. It’s not a bootcamp and will involve no Kegals or crunches. Instead we take a whole body approach to get the core system functional.
This class is for you if you are:
- Experiencing leak pee, symptoms of prolapse or diastasis recti
- Have low back pain or hip pain
- Feel disconnected from your core
- Want to learn how to get the most out of the exercises you already do.
Private Sessions
$95 / 55 minutes
This is for you if you are looking to gain a deeper understanding of their body and how their movement patterns impact core and pelvic floor function. The 55-minute session includes a detailed postural, breath, and movement assessment.
- We review current movement habits and fitness goals.
- You will receive a detailed program with corrective exercises to practice at your convenience.
About me
Through over 20 years of yoga practice across three continents, I’ve developed a deep appreciation of combining flexibility and strength in movement. However, after the birth of my third child in 2014, I felt the need to explore new approaches to core and pelvic health.
In 2023, I completed the Restore Your Core program, which empowered me with transformative tools for healing, strengthening, and reconnecting with my entire core system. I now share this whole-body approach with my clients, helping them regain stability, mobility, and confidence in their bodies.
Whether working one-on-one or in group classes, I’m passionate about guiding others on a path of core and pelvic floor restoration. Clients leave my sessions feeling more empowered, integrated, and equipped to move with ease through all of life’s demands. This work has the power to profoundly improve physical function, pelvic health, and overall wellbeing.
